The mission of Embedded Behavioral Health (EBH) is to provide far-forward Behavioral Health consultation, education, and preventive care for operational unit leaders and Soldiers. EBH goals are to improve access to care, increase mission readiness, identify Soldiers with BH challenges as early as possible, increase communication between BH professionals and operational leaders, and serve as a clinical platform for quality care delivery.
EBH will provide evaluations, treatment, and consultation to the Leadership and Soldiers of each battalion under the 7th Transportation (Trans) Brigade (BDE) footprint, 832nd SDDC footprint, 93rd Signal BDE footprint. The OIC/Provider will be the single point of contact for all BH issues or concerns of Soldiers within the 7th TRANS BDE; 832nd SDDC; 93rd Signal BDE.
