Fort Story Dental Clinic

Description of Service 

A full service clinic for comprehensive dental care. Dental exams and screenings are provided.

Access to Care 

Active Duty Service members assigned to Fort Story Health Clinic.

Hours of Operation 

0630-1500 Mon-Fri
Closed Federal Holidays

Sick and dental exams are walk-in appointments from 0700-0830 Mon-Wed and Fri; 100-130 Thu for sign in.

To schedule or cancel appointments please call the Fort Story Dental Clinic front desk at 757-422-7077.

In/Out Processing 

All in/out processing will be done any time during duty hours. Be sure to bring your in-processing paperwork, military ID, a copy of your orders and your dental records to be signed into the clinic.  Soldiers do not hold on to their dental records.
