Main Pharmacy

Location: 1st floor, McDonald Army Health Center, Bldg. 576, Jefferson Ave, Fort Eustis, VA 23604
 

Services:

  • Available to all eligible beneficiaries
  • Services available are routinely limited to new/renewed prescriptions
 

Hours of Operation:


Monday - Friday 0800-1700*
Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.
Closed for training at 1200 on the third Thursday of each month and designated Minimal Manning Days.

  • Q-Anywhere prescription activation is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Q-Anywhere prescription pick up is available Monday-Friday 0800-1645 (after receiving text that med is ready)
  • Q-Anywhere is not eligible for 3rd Floor Pharmacy or the Refill Pharmacy locations
  • For REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS, please call the Refill Line at 1-757-953-2500 and select option 1
  • If you do not receive a text response within 72 hours, please visit the Pharmacy lobby
  •  If you receive a text notification that your prescription is ready after business hours, please pick-up the following business day
  • Prescriptions ready for pick-up shall be held on the shelf for 10 days before being returned to stock
