Location: 3rd floor, McDonald Army Health Center, Bldg. 576, Jefferson Ave, Fort Eustis, VA 23604
 

Services:

  • Available to all enrolled beneficiaries whose Primary Care Manager (PCM) is assigned to the Family Health/Internal Medicine Clinic
  • Services available are routinely limited to new/renewed prescriptions

Every Third Thursday of the month all pharmacy services will close at 12 p.m. for training
* with the last ticket issued at 11:45 a.m.
