MCDONALD ARMY HEALTH CENTER, Fort Eustis, Va.  –   McDonald Army Health Center needs volunteers for our Patient and Family Advisory Council, formally known as as the Patient Advisory Council. The health center is looking at the following groups to volunteer:
*Active Duty Personnel
*Active Duty Family Members
*Parents of Pediatric Patients
*Retirees
*Retiree Family Members
*TRICARE for Life
PFAC partners beneficiaries with members of the healthcare team to provide guidance on how to improve the patient experience. The PFAC process ensures that the patient’s point of view, perspective, and experience are not only heard, but also integrated into the service and quality improvements that are engineered to ensure high-quality and highly reliable customer-centered care. Through your unique perspectives, you will give input on issues that impact yours and others care.
