MCAHC Pharmacies open for prescription processing, but with delays. Priority is given to acute/urgent prescriptions. Patients with QAnywhere tickets will be notified when ready for pick up.

McDonald Army Health Center opens PFIZER COVID VACCINE to eligibles12 years of age and older today.

McDonald Army Health Center is now offering first dose Pfizer vaccine appointments to all eligible beneficiaries 12 years of age and older, this includes all TRICARE eligible patients as well as Department of Army, Department of Air Force, and Department of Navy government employees.

To schedule a vaccine appointment, beneficiaries are encouraged to call the COVID Vaccine Information Line at 757-953-6208, pressing 1 for McDonald Army Health Center.  Beneficiaries enrolled to McDonald Army Health Center may also book appointments via TRICARE Online.  Vaccines are by appointment only; walk-ins aren’t permitted at this time.

The following vaccination site guidelines must be followed by all:

•             Patients should plan on a 45-60 minute vaccination process.
•             Ensure you bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or other methods of 1st dose verification if you are receiving a second dose.
